Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. All orders will be delivered between 8-10 business days.  We cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and/or delays caused by the third-party logistics/courier company.
Orders can be cancelled before the order has been shipped. To cancel an order, email us at with the subject line "Order Cancellation." Please do ensure to mention the order number in your email.
Due to the recent COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Government of Maharashtra, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges until further notice by the government. Please note that this step is taken for the benefit and hygiene of our customers.  We request you to read the size guide properly before placing your order.
We have an easy returns policy, where you can return a garment within a period of 1 days from the date of delivery. Please fill in the form below to confirm your details and the reason for return, along with your order number, for us to be able to generate a reverse pickup.
If you've placed an prepaid order, your money will be refunded within 7 working days. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we request you to share your bank details in order for the payment to be made your preferred account by an official Ashtag company account.

All garments can be exchanged for an item of the same or higher value. An item can only be exchanged if sent back to us in perfect condition, with the labels in tact. The shipping charge of the product bring shipped back to us is borne by you, the customer. In the case where an order being exchanged has been paid for online, and if the garment being exchanged is of a value higher, we will send you a payment link to cover the additional cost of the garment.
